Register as a Landowner

Please provide us with your contact information and some details about the property where you are interested in planting trees. Once the form is submitted a representative of Forests Ontario will review it, and you will be contacted by a planting agency or representative of Forests Ontario.

If you have completed this questionnaire previously, or trees have already been planted on your property by a Forests Ontario Planting Delivery Agent (PDA), there is no need to resubmit this questionnaire. Please contact your PDA directly for information about future plantings or Forests Ontario for general inquiries.
