All proceeds from sales will go towards Forests Ontario programs.

Real trees grow sustainably on tree farms, where they sequester carbon as they grow. When one is cut down, another is planted in its place. Real trees are also 100% biodegradable, and can be recycled into mulch for city parks, habitat for fish and wildlife, or even crafts.
Artificial trees are usually made in another country, packaged in plastic, and transported a great distance. They also can’t be recycled, and get dumped in landfills, usually before their expected end-of-life.
Most trees are grown on farms, creating employment and income for families. More than 500 farmers produce upwards of one million Christmas trees in Ontario each year. The Christmas tree industry also creates jobs in transportation and retail. Buying a real, locally-sourced tree means you know where your tree came from, who helped it grow, and what your money is going towards. Support local!
